Where We Ship

We ship to all European Union member states. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@infloresse.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — Free on all orders
  • Express Shipping — Paid, with the cost calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order

Delivery Timeframes

Standard orders are delivered within 10–12 working days from the date your order is confirmed. Express delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, or customs processing. We will always do our best to keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.

Under EU consumer law, if we are unable to deliver within 30 days of your order being placed, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.


Duties, Taxes & VAT

All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of VAT and any applicable import duties. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprises.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@infloresse.com.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@infloresse.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
