Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that under EU consumer law, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at info@infloresse.com to request a return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@infloresse.com so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions — Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders)
- Sealed personal care or hygiene products (e.g. beauty products) that have been opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
